Q. What is the League’s tagline?

A. Competitive Fun For Everyone.

Q. What day do you play your games?

A. Saturdays.

Q. What days do you practice?

A. Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.

Q. How many days a week do teams practice?

A. Once per week.

Q. How long is practice?

A. One and one-half hours.

Q. Do you have any League activities on Sunday?

A. League Photo Day and Punt, Pass and Kick Event is on Sunday to allow for an earlier season practice game to accomodate our new League start date.

Q. Where are practices held?

A. COX Sports Park in Ladera Ranch.

Q. Where are games played?

A. Chaparral Park in Ladera Ranch.

Q. Do players receive trophies?

A. Players in the 5-6 and 7-8 Division receive participation trophies. The Champion and Finalist teams from the 7-8, 9-11 and 12-14 Division receive playoff trophies.

Q. Do all teams go the playoffs?

A. No. The top eight teams in the 7-8 and 9-11 Division, and the top four teams in the 12-14 Division. It is sigle elimination bracket play based on regular season seeding.

Q. Does the 5-6 Division participate in the playoffs?

A. No. The 5-6 Division is non-competitive and introductory in nature.

Q. What is different between the divisions?

A. The 5-6 Division is non-competitive and does not have playoffs, keep score, win-loss records or allow interceptions to be returned. 7-8 Division does not allow interceptions to be returned. Otherwise, all four divisions are the same.

Q. Why can’t players return interceptions in the two junior divisions?

A. We want to develop passing and not just running. Typically, interceptions in the younger divisions invariably lead to return for touchdowns.

Q. Do players have to use a mouthpiece?

A. Yes. Mouthpieces are required.

Q. What is the uniform?

A. NFL FLAG reversible jersey, black shorts and flags.

Q. What is the Combine?

A. The Combine allows for the division coaches to see all of the players compete in the 40 yard dash (20 yard for 5-6 Division), 20 yard cone drill and the
