Registration is now (admin: Registration is closed) for the 2010 Fall Season of the Ladera Football League! To better manage our growth and available field space our registration this season will be capped at 540 players.
We encourage you to register early to ensure a roster spot in the League. The past two seasons have seen large wait lists for players who did not register in time.
2010 Registration Fees
- $175 – Early Registration Period ends Sunday, March 28, 2010
- $195 – Regular Registration Period ends Monday, May 31, 2010*
- $50 – Sibling discount
- No refunds after Sunday, June 13th, 2010

* The League reserves the right to close registration early to establish a wait list to balance teams and age divisions.
Fall Season Registration FAQ
The Ladera Football League is developmental in nature and was formed for participation and competitive fun for our youth. It offers the NFL FLAG Program, which provides a fast-paced, skill-based and non-contact flag football experience for South Orange County boys and girls between the ages of 5-14.
We are a participation League. All players play a minimum of two quarters and no players play more than three quarters.
Players receive an NFL FLAG reversible jersey, uniform shorts, a flag belt and participation trophies in the 5-6 and 7-8 Divisions.
League Age is determined as of September 1, 2010. All players must play in the appropriate age group. Co-ed age groups are 5-6, 7-8, 9-11 and 12-14.
Players are evaluated at a Combine to aid the coaches in drafting their team. The draft helps to ensure the competitive integrity of the League.
All players must be evaluated at either our Main Combine on Saturday, July 31, 2010 or at our Make-Up Combine on Saturday, August 7, 2010 to be eligible to be drafted to a team.
All players must provide a copy of their birth certificate for League Age Verification at their selected Combine to be eligible to be evaluated.
All players who are registered and evaluated will be drafted to a team. Registered players who miss evaluations will be selected at random to a team.
Two Coaches per team may pair up and draft each of their children. Siblings in the same age group will be placed on the same team unless otherwise requested.
Parents may advise the League of any coach they do not want their player to play for however this must occur prior to the draft as no accommodation will be made after the draft. No other requests will be allowed.
