Overview: Open to all boys and girls ages 7-14, this non-contact Spring Break Football Camp is designed for young athletes to have fun while improving their speed, agility and football skills.

Players will develop foundational movement skills of body control, balance, foot speed, first step quickness, linear speed mechanics, flexibility, conditioning and more.

2010 Playoff Brackets Are Set!

Cheer on your friends and neighbors in the 2010 Ladera Football League Playoffs beginning this Tuesday at COX Sports Park.

The top eight teams from the 7-8 and 9-11 Divisions along with the top four teams from the 12-14 Division will battle it out to see who will be this season’s champions!

    Is There Really A Side?

    Sitting in the blistering hot sun last weekend, I had to wonder, “Is there a correct side on the field to sit on when watching and cheering for your child and their team?” At my son’s game on Saturday I had a parent inform me that I was sitting on the wrong side of the field. Somehow it didn’t matter that I was applauding all good plays, regardless of the team. Since I’ve been a teacher in Ladera for the last nine years, I knew quite a few families, and one of my son’s closest friends, on the opposing team.
