Hello Team Moms!

If you have been selected by your team’s head coach to be team mom than please click here to register your information. Our League Mom will use your contact information to communicate important information to you throughout the season.

Also, all team moms must attend the mandatory Team Mom Meeting on Monday, August 23rd from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The meeting will be held at the Avendale Clubhouse 1 Daisy St. Ladera Ranch.

Team Moms will receive a packet of information and we will review items such as uniforms, fundraisers, team sponsorships, photo day, etc. We can answer any questions you may have and help you to organize your team for the coming season!
